FAQ's - 

1 - Will this unit connect to ZWIFT and other apps ? - Yes, this until will connect direct to ZWIFT and other 3rd party apps very easily - The unit and cadence sensor will connect immediately.

2 - Will this unit fit my bike ?- The X5 Neo will fit almost all bikes as it has 142/148 thru axle adaptors plus a 130mm QR Axle, the unit will accept some 24" bikes plus all 26" wheels through to 29" wheels.

3 - What cassette can I use ?- The X5 Neo can be used with 8/9/10 & 11 speed as standard, you can also purchase separately the AXS/XDR 12 speed adaptor in the accessories section

4 - How heavy is the unit ? - The unit is 25kgs and will accept riders of up to 120kgs 

5 - What happens if it breaks - We haven't had a returned unit yet but if for whatever reason it breaks we will firstly try to repair it and if we can't, then we will replace it within 5 days. Guaranteed.
