At ThinkRider we are incredibly proud of the performance of our products. It is important that you know the unit you have bought will perform in line with what you expect. The range that we quote is +/- 2% (for the X5) however we are in line with a number of the world's leading brands of power meters and devices.
We will continue to independently monitor the X5 trainer against all other products in the market and share our findings.
